Orders and Confirmation
Orders may be placed by telephone or online at www.allansmusic.com.au. Acceptance of orders is entirely at the discretion of Allans Music + Billy Hyde. Orders are not accepted by Allans Music + Billy Hyde until we provide you with an email confirmation of your order.
In order for Allans Music + Billy Hyde to provide our Customers with prompt service; we request that you provide us with your correct contact details at all times when placing orders, or when contacting Allans Music + Billy Hyde Online and Allans Music + Billy Hyde Stores.
Prices and Payment
The prices and products advertised on this site are for sales from this website only. Prices and product availability may vary between Allans Music + Billy Hyde retail stores and this website due to our different customer offers.
Unless otherwise specified, the prices shown on this website include GST but do not include tuning, delivery and transit insurance. The delivery price for goods and the applicable insurance surcharge for the goods in transit will be shown separately at the checkout before orders are placed. In some cases where delivery to your area is not a part of Allans Music's standard delivery zones, the freight value will be displayed as “TBA”. In these instances you will be contacted by an Allans Music + Billy Hyde representative within two (2) working days, providing you with a freight quotation. Until this quotation is agreed by you, you are under no obligation to continue with your order, and a full refund for any monies already paid for the ordered product will be given if you do not wish to continue with your order. Orders can only be accepted where an Australian address is given for delivery. Except for print orders which we are able to fit in an available letter or PO box, we require someone to be present at the place of delivery to confirm delivery. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the given address.
Unless you are paying for your order under an available payment plan, full payment for all orders, including orders for Products that Allans Music + Billy Hyde needs to order from suppliers must be made at the time the order is placed.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express, Diners Club, Money Order, Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit. Additional processing time is required for Money Order, Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit.
Availability and Delivery
The following products are generally in stock and available to ship to the customer within days of receipt of order and payment:
• pianos, keyboards and musical instruments NOT labeled with “Please Call 1300-88-4321 to confirm availability” (being products which are currently products ranged as part of Allans Music's core store offer); and
• many print and associated products .
Please note that certain products may need to be ordered from suppliers and delays may occur depending upon availability from suppliers. This may, on occasions include products that are currently ranged as part of Allans Music's core store offer, where current stocks are exhausted.
Every effort will be made to source the product on behalf of our customers in a timely way and, for orders of print which will not be available to ship within days we will contact you following receipt of your order and provide you with an estimated delivery time. Allans Music recommends that you contact our online sales team on 1300-88-4321 before placing your order to ensure that you clearly understand the likely delivery time for your order. Please note, however, that because we are reliant on suppliers and freight companies, we cannot guarantee delivery times even where we have provided an estimate.
Where more than one item is ordered, items may not arrive simultaneously. There will be no additional freight charge to you in this instance unless your items are sent separately at your request.
Please note that certain products may not be available where existing stock is exhausted and suppliers are unable to meet orders from Allans Music. Where this is the case and you have already placed an order we will notify you as soon as practicable after we become aware of the non-availability and will refund your purchase price in full.
Warranties
All new products are sold with the supplier's limited warranties. The terms of the warranty vary depending upon the supplier and product. Please call 1300 88 4321 for further details. Except to the extent required by law or to the extent otherwise specified, Allans Music provides no separate warranty.

Refunds Policy
You are entitled to a refund or repair or exchange or credit if the products you have bought are:
• faulty;
• significantly different to those shown or described to you; or
• not doing what they are supposed to do.
When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind, unless this was a condition of the sale or part of our advertised policy.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
You may take advantage of the Refunds Policy by visiting one of our stores or returning the goods by delivery (in which event we will reimburse you the delivery costs).
